How To Treat Pin Head Bumps On Wrists,scalp And Body?

I have a rash pin head sized bumps started on wrists up forearms. Now spread to shoulders where it's concentrated. Today moved to scalp tip of nose, back, chest. Been on benadryl and now prednisone but keeps spreading. No changes in soaps, etc or medications or foods
