Hi. I am a 37 year old white female. 5 8 approx. 130 lbs. I have recently started exercising again after the birth of my last baby a year ago. I have noticed since his birth I have had trouble raising my right leg to do things like put on my pants, step up into something higher than knee height, etc. I get a pinching ache in my hip area. Now that I have started exercising I find that when I go down into a push up and draw my right knee up to my elbow at the same time (sort of like how a lizard walks) I not only get the pinching pain in my hip, but I feel a deep pulling on the right side of my tailbone. I doesn t hurt enough to stop the exercise, but after completing my workout, my tailbone is extremely tender, as though I ve fallen on it. I have not fallen. I looked on line at the musculature back there, but don t really know how to decipher what could be going on. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
