How To Treat Pneumonia And Bronchitis On Being Hypertensive?

My 86 yr old hypertensive grandmother who also takes coumadin for irregular heart rate from undiagnosed hyoertension has been sick all week and was admitted last night with hpokalemia...pneumonia, and bronchitis...she had 2 iv antibiotics and potassium..this a m. It had only increased from 2.3 to 2.4..she has had 2 more diluted and piggy bag and on her third as well as having ceptraxone earlier...she is too weak to walk far and of course dizzy and sometimes nauseated...not really eating or drinking just sipping..she still works 9 hr days 4 times a week on her feet...she cant blow much on the spigmomometer..she is sharp as a tac...what questions do I need to be asking..her dr isnt very talkative but is consulting with her cardiologist...also her potassium was low last yr and she spent 1 night in hospital to receive a bag..she takes potassium daily
