How To Treat Pneumonia,collapsed And Damaged Tissues In Lung?

Hi, my name is Dave. I ll be 50 in two weeks. This past Monday, I was having severe pain in my back, side, and front. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia, a partially collapsed lung, and possible tissue damage to the lung. I was given an iv,1 bag ofluids and 1 bag of antibiotics, then sent home with script for antibiotic and pain meds. Today a few times I coughed up blood in clot form. Is that normal?
