How To Treat Polio In Left Leg?

Hi,My brother has polio in left leg. I know polio can t be cured is there any way out that his left leg can gain some power. Or apparently he can walk straight. Wether if his left leg remains thin as compared to right leg. Just he can walk straight.If have heard in south india there is a treatment for it but we are not getting the correct link. Can u help me please or assist me.So that we may hope good
