How To Treat Positive Group B Strep During Pregnancy?

I am positive Group B strep. I m 37-38 weeks. I wanted to lower my risk by getting a c-section next week at 39week with antibiotic given to me 4 to 6 hours before c-section. After my newborn is born, give him antibiotics just to make sure he dosent get the infection. My doctor told me no. What should I do? Should I go somewhere else that will give me a c section? He said I couldn t get a c-section if I wanted one. Is that true I cant pick rather or not a c-section is best for me?
