How To Treat Post Accident Scars?

Hello, this is Kedar Mohite.
I am a care taker of 2 kids who belong to my in laws. My father-in-law & mother-in-law passed away in a fire accident, while these two kids succumbed to severe burn injuries (3rd degree burns - 50%). They were given life saving treatment by one of the baroda based surgeon. But now I am looking for a doctor who can advise me for their further treatment viz.: Scar removal, set right the deformities develped on their face, hads & thighs due to grafting, etc.

Kindly help me with your suggestions & advise in this case.
