How To Treat Posterior Vitreous Detachment In Left Eye?

I have PVD in let eye, right eye is blind w/prosthetic since age 8. doctors do not want to do anything until the curtain drops. are there lenses that can help with seeing on the computer and tv? i am also having a problem getting diagnosed disabled for my vision. where do i go?
