How To Treat Preeclmpsia During Pregnancy?

How long will weed be in my baby system after I give birth? I smoked almost everyday since the day I found out I was pregnant up until now. I recently found out I have preeclampsia and will have to have my son a week earlier than expected. I stay in Iowa and I was told that if weed is in my system and in my baby system he may get took from me. I don t wanna lose my baby. Can someone please help.
