How To Treat Protruding Tailbone Leading To Pain Post Gastric Surgery?

I am living in Albuquerque NM and having difficultly finding a doctor to repair the damage directly resultant from the massive 6part gastric surgery I had just over a year ago, and which caused me to lose approx 60% of my body mass. My BMI is 18 and I weigh 96 lbs. I have been disfigured and have nothing left but skin hanging off my bones, like the old photos of Holocaust victims. My tailbone protrudes causing great pain if I sit or lie on my back, as the protective cushion of fat and muscle in my butt has dissolved. I have attempted to find a doctor to repair this damage, only to become aware that many plastic surgeons specialize and don t do Reconstruction. So my question is can you help me find a doctor who does the type of surgery I been, including the skin hanging off my cheek and jawbones and can properly present my case to medicare to get it approved.
