How To Treat Rash In Armpit?

Hi I have a rash in my arm pits and I only ever use the one razor blade once and use different blades for everywhere else today I now have red pimple like bumps in under arms and also lower in my under arm area where I do not shave and down my sides it s quite pain full to have my arms at my side can you please tell me what I can do about this
