How To Treat Rash In Lower Abdomen Leading To Burning Sensation With Foul Liquid Discharge?

Hi I have what I consider a rash on my lower abdomen its burning and oozing a stinky liquid. I am a little overweight but not sure if that is what is causing the problem. It's mostly just really red, no bumps or anything. What can I do to alleviate the burning sensation? I've tried baby powder and even vaginal cream. it's at the juncture to my thighs
