How To Treat Rashes Around Face,chest And Upper Arms?

For over a month I have lumps and a rash on my farhead, hairline, behind my ears and now it is moving down and around my face. The rash is on my chest, neck upper arms. I saw a dr in the ER last Thursday, he gave me a cream and said to put it all over my body. I was bit about 2 monthsd age by a bedbug.
