How To Treat Rashes On Hands And Knee Area Due To Chemical Reaction?

I have been working with isocyanate based resin for the past 3mths. and recently, rashes keep popping out of my hands and knee area. Some even look like bubbles on skin.When I touch my face, I can feel roughness with little small bumps, which cant be seen.
