How To Treat Rectum Bleeding Caused Due To Severe Diarrhea?

I have had severe explosive diaherra since sat am at 3:30, I still am having episodes, I have had a headache and burning stomach pain since then. I can keep fluid down and eat little. I have had rectum bleeding due to the excessive diaherra. Not sure what to do as all I want to do is sleep but can t because I awake to having to go. Feeling so sick
