How To Treat Recurring UTI's Post Bladder Sling?

i had a bladder sling done 11 months ago. I have had numerous uti infections and have to cath myself because I cannot void. This problem started when I had the bladder sling done. I just don't know what to do anymore but I know I cannot live like this anymore. No doctor knows what the problem is
