How To Treat Recurring Acne On The Chin Area?

Hello, i am a 23 year old male experiencing never ending cyst/ acne like sores under the skin between the bottom of my chin and bottom of my mouth (not on the lip) they are deep hard sores with mild pain when touched. I ve been experiencing them on the left and right side pretty much in the same consistant places. Some last days other last weeks. I ve tried popping them and leaving them alone, steroid OTC topical and neosporin all withing the correct perameters. Any ideas whats going on?
