How To Treat Recurring Boils On Butt And Scrotum?

I have been sick since December with recurring ear and sinus infections for which I have been treated with zpacs steroid shots and other antibiotics. I brought in the new year with a huge boil in my armpit and one on my scrotum with the emergency room drained. I did well for a few weeks then boils reoccurred on my but cheek and on my calf. I got rid of those with warn compress and drawing ointment. Last week more boils have emerged on my other butt cheek and again in my scrotum. I am experiencing some of the symptoms of MRSA and told my doctor. He prescribed my bactrum and an antibiotic that you apply directly to your nostrils and told me to continue to take Allegra. I am not feeling any better, and I am scared. Additionally I have been taking supplements such as garlic, b-12 and vitamin C to aid in my healing to no avail.
