How To Treat Recurring Sinus Infections, Headache, Earache And Dizziness?

Hi, I have a really bad sinus headache, earache, room spinning dizziness. My nasal discharge is clear. My doctor prescribed an antibiotic, but I ve been trying to clear it up with steaming my face and a netipot. I get recurring sinus infections. The last one was last sept. but I did have antibiotics for a bladder infection in January 2015. Should I keep trying the other methods or take the antibiotics?
