How To Treat Red Bumps In The Crease Of The Inner Thigh?

I am a 47 year old woman who has been having issues with heat rash in my genital area in the last week or so. They aren't blisters they are just red bumps in the crease of my inner thigh on one side. Is there anything you can suggest to help get better?
Almost like a burn.
