How To Treat Red Itchy Rashes On Eyelids And Lips?

I've been told that I am "allergic" to Neomycin sulphate as well as bacitracin, but I can't seem to find a list of products that have either of these as ingredients. The red itchy rash on my eyelids and lips is becoming painful, with no relief. Any thoughts?
