How To Treat Red Spot On Face Caused Due To An Injury?

Please type your query here...Hi, doctor, 3 weeks ago, my face bump into something, and it bled out, i took out the blood and put some toner on it ( cause i think, toner contains alcohol), but now i have a red spot in my face. How i can get rid the red spot? (it's right on my cheek, about 1/5 inch diameter)
