How To Treat Red Spots On Labia?

Hi my boyfriend just got diagnosed with strep throat and impetigo today after having been sick for a few days with blisters on his lips. For the past few days I ve noticed really sensitive red spots on my labia which I assumed were just raw spots from rough oral and vaginal sex. Neither he or I have herpes we both know this for fact, but the spots are beginning to look more blister like. I m wondering what I can do to treat it?
