How To Treat Reddish Black Area On Left Thigh Close To Bladder?

Hello. A few days back I noticed a reddish black area on my left thigh close to my bladder. It was like 2-3 small rings and more red a couple of days back and was itching really badly. Now it seems like the rings have joined and it is a larger area but is not that red, but looks like it is drying out. What could it be?
