How To Treat Redness And Scab Caused Due To Genital Warts?

Hi, I had treatment for genital warts on monday (my last batch of treatment) and then it scabbed over and i picked the scab off leaving some slight redness and some cuts (not bleeding just a tiny bit stingy and a little bit open). I've applied vaseline and clotrimazole hydrocortisone. how long will it go until it goes?
