How To Treat Redness On The Buttocks Region?

Hi. As far back as I can remember I have had a very red looking bum crack. The redness is about 1inch either side of the anus then tapers inwards to the top of the 'crack'. When i was younger it used to sometimes get sore, and occasionally if I wipe too much then it does leave a blood streak on the tissue paper. I've started to use moisturising wipes and this has helped, but I was just wondering if there was anything I could use to reduce the redness? (I also suffer from psoriasis around the genitals and scalp)
