How To Treat Residual Numbness And Tenderness On Face After An Injury?

after a severe concussion due to a car accident, I later suffered from lightheadness on occasion. 3 months afterwards, I took a fall on the right side of my face and now my temple is numb and I experience face tenderness. that was only less than 2 weeks ago. no broken bones but I definitely feel pain . Call it lucky but I already suffer with migraines n I want to know if I am always going to have residual numbness and tenderness on that side?
