How To Treat Scabs In Nostrils That Causes Soreness And Bleeding?

Hello, For the last fortnight or so, I keep getting scabs in my nostrels. I pick them, they bleed and reform really quickly and my nose is very sore. If I leave them, its sometimes clogged up so have to breath through my mouth. Anything I can do to get rid of it please? Thanks
