How To Treat Scaly Itchy Rash Between The Legs?

I have a rash inbetween my legs near my privite area. Its on both legs and on my left leg it is in a big circle. Its kind of scaly and red and about the size of a tennis ball. On my right leg it pretty much just take up the whole crease of my leg. It is also on my stomach just as bad. Also it itches extereamly bad.
