How To Treat Scleroderma And History Of Having Lupus?

YesI have lupus, RA,fribromyal raynauds syndrome, pulmonary hypotension with scleroderma in my right lung. The lupus I have had 42 years the scleroderma only 3-4 years What am I to expect towards the end and what systems do I look for. I am 65 have 5 children & 17 grandchildren.
