How To Treat Scoliosis Leading To Facial And Jaw Pain?

I recently realized that I have scoliosis, I am still waiting on the diagnosis but decided to diagnos myself due to insubordinate/could care less doctors. My question is how severe is scoliosis when you start experiencing basically every symptom (from emotional to pain) of it including a shift in my jaw that makes my right side of my face hurt? (The entire right side of my body is stiffer than the left by the way)
