How To Treat Scrotal Pain And Burning Sensation In Abdomen Due To Chronic Epididymo Orchitis?

hi im 24yrs male, i had scrotal pain nd tenderness for 4weeks, i went to urologist nd usg done, it shows chronic epididymo orchitis ... i have no severe pain but discomfort is there, and also lower abdomen burning sensation.. im on antibiotics now for 7days... i find some releaf in da tenderness but still the discomfrt doest change much.. how long i need to take antibiotics wat s da usual cure rate. im frustrated. looking forword to here from u
