How To Treat Second Degree Burn On Skin Leading To Redness And Itchiness?

I got a second degree burn about two weeks ago since I covered with a bandage but the skin of the burn has gone really white, moist and smells bad like rotting flesh, there was also a yellow patch on the bandage where it was on the burn and the burns sticky. I have no feeling on the burn and its red and itchy all around it.
