How To Treat Second Degree Burn On Top Of The Hands?

hi my son who is now a one year old, burnt the top of his hand on a wood burning stove, i believe it is a second degree burn, i treated it with burn cream and a cold pack but his hand is swelling, his blisters went down but he has 2 deep line burns and im not sure what i should do.
