How To Treat Seroma?

I have a large seroma on leg from being hit by car. It involves the whole upper thigh and calf and ankle. The accident occurred 9 months ago. It's not getting smaller and I was wondering what I can do about it. I wear compression stockings. I also have no feeling where the seromas are. Will it go away or do I need surgery??
