How To Treat Severe Abdominal Cramps After Undergoing Diverticulosis?

I have had a small bowel obstruction in the past-- may 2013, and was hospitalized. I have diverticulosis. I can t keep anything down and have cramps in my upper abdominal area since 1pm. My back..lower right above my waist is painful. Hurts to try and take a deep breath, what could this be...another SBO?
