How To Treat Severe Abdominal Pain At Sides Due To Gastritis?

I have been feeling gassy and I have had some pain in the sides of my stomach and below.my period just finished about two weeks ago, and earlier when I was urinating below my stomach was like a soreish pain and uncomfortable. I ve been backed up before and so I ve been going to the bathroom allot.
