How To Treat Severe Acne On Face And Neck?

hello i am a lady aged 24 yrs and i have been suffering from severe acne and pimples. My face had cleared up 2 yrs ago but now it has reacted and i have servere acne on my face and neck. i have tried different products of proactive, acnesol, epiderm, clear essence, domoxycline, and the list goes on but nothing is helping.
Kindly advise and assist what i can use to clear my face as this is embarrassing and i am unable to have a social life because of the same and i hide from people to avoid seeing my face.
