How To Treat Severe Bruise,discolouration And Lump On Buttocks Caused Due To A Injury?

I fell on the stairs on my bottom and have a very severe bruise across my Rick buttock... The deep purple/blue kind. I also have a lump the size of my fist but it has not colored... The whole area feels like it is burning. I have been icing and sleeve ... Should I worry about the burning sensation?
