How To Treat Severe Burn And Pain In Skin After Undergoing Tanning Session?

hello i when to the tanning saturday, and i stayed in loger than i should have. Now i have a really bad burn. the skin has came off, my muscles hurt all around the area, and i was tryin to get sick earlier. i have got burn creme and spray but it just makes it worst. and the pain goes through to my back. so my qestion for u is how bad is it, do i need to go to the hospital, and is their anything else i can do at home to heal it? yes my husband wanted me to tell u that i also have been sitting in the sun, but in the shade for the last two days.
