How To Treat Severe Chest Pain Due To Bronchitis?

I have constant pocking pain on either side of my chest under axilla and back side i took pain medicine but it don't help . My Dr says I have bronchitis and treat me with antibiotic my cough has reduce but my pain is getting worse what is the cause of my pain and what should i do to relive the pain ?
