How To Treat Severe Common Cold?

I had a bad cold that started in the middle of Jan that lasted about 2 weeks. After the cold had subsided I notice I had lost my sense of smell and taste, just two days ago the cold returned, which is into its third day still with no smell nor taste. What should do?
