How To Treat Severe Ear Pain Caused Due To Tubes In Ears?

Hi I have a 7 year old daughter. She has the tubes on her ears and she is having pain right now. But she been taking antibiotic for past 5 days for sinus infection. I put 3 drops of Bausch+Lomb ear drops in her ear she went crazy screaming from the pain I feel like I made worst.
What should I do ??
