How To Treat Severe Headache And Hot Flashes Caused Due To Brain Tumor?

Last year I was diagnosed with a small pituitary brain tumor. I was given medication to reduce it and given hormones to replace the hormones that it was affecting, causing me to have severe hot flashes. On my last MRI and my last CT it was not visible. That was a few months ago. Within the past two months, my headaches have returned with a vengeance, the hot flashes last all day, and I m still taking the hormones, and my vision is blurry. Is it possible that the tumor could have returned so quickly, and if it did, could it make such an impact?
