How To Treat Severe Headache Inspite Of Taking Tylenol During Pregnancy?

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and on bedrest for blood pockets that are increasing in size behind the placenta. I ve been in the ER once for bleeding at 9 weeks but no bleeding has happened since, and the pocket is still relatively small. My issue is this, I have been getting a headache at about the same time every evening for the past two weeks that Tylenol has not been able to take away, I haven t decreased caffeine intake(one cup of coffee in the morning) and I ve been drinking lots of water as well. How can I get rid of this pain? Also just sleeping it off is not an option as I have 2 other small children to look after.
