How To Treat Severe Headache,sore Neck And Jaw Pain?

Howdy! I have a strong headache that hurts more when I move around. It's not killing me in pain, but it's constant dull non throbbing pain. The headache is in the exact center of my head. My neck is sore in the front, but not the throat. My jaw joint hurts when I chew. My eyes feel like they are going to pop. It's been going on all day even when I take excederin. What are your thoughts?
