How To Treat Severe Heat Rash?

I normally get heat rash but this time round i had hayfever too.... i too some tablets to help with this which it did but now i seem to have rash which is alot more worse then it has ever been its on arms lets around the neck line but it seems to get worse around 4.00am and around 12.00PM
