How To Treat Severe Leg Pain ?

my son is 4yr 6 months old . body wt 15 kg. often he complaints of severe pain in his legs. sometimes even he wakes up crying from bed. We try to give a massage by using iodex. This problem has started since last 2 years. is it a pain in bones? Please guide us.
