How To Treat Severe Lower Back Pain,fatigue And Uncontrolled Urination?

i have severe lower back pain seems to generate to one side (right). fatigue, sleepless nights. uncontrollable urination, "Niagra Falls" as soon as finished have to urinate again immediately except not much comes second and third time? I eat cups of ice, cravings, I bought an ice maker to chew the ice constantly? thought I might have Kidney stones but I haven't passed one yet? I have urocheck strips but don't know how to read them and I am unemployed and no insurance!!!!!
