How To Treat Severe Pain Caused Due To Bartholin Cyst?

I have had 3 bartholin cyst in the last year and this last time it s been the most painful. I m taking antibiotic, doing hot compress and taking serrapeptase as well as other pain kIllers. I can t turn over let alone get up to use the restroom because of how much pain I m in. Is there anything I can do to help the cyst go down just so I can go to the dr and have it drained.
